This Arby's was pretty busy at the drive thru. So we went in to make our order. That was a good call as we received are food faster than the drive thru.

The African American dude who served me and my girls was awesome. He was very inviting, kind, and socialiable. This guy literally went above and beyond to make sure our order was right and to ensure we felt good about picking their establishment to eat at. I was traveling with my 3 daughters and one of their friends and this guy treated us great. The food was great and this is a place is definitely go back to because of both the food and employees/people like him are hard to come across. If i were Arbys I'd do what I can to make sure he was kept there. He seemed kind of new as he needed help with a couple of small things, nothing that was an inconvenience but made up for it with his attitude and his cheerful and friendly behavior. Got to give props when props are due. He had my girls laughing and actually feeling comfortable when they're usually pretty quiet and reserved.

This place has a pretty awesome staff. Always greeted with a smile. It's nice to see the employees doing their jobs but also having fun at the same time. So I got dinner and a show. Told the manager how great her staff was that night and she was very proud of her crew. The food is always good.

Love the sandwiches! The new Steak Bites taste like dog food and the texture is the same..I don't think it's real steak! But other wise love Arbys

Outstanding! Beautiful Modern done right making fast food classy, super clean inside. Joy was a ALL STAR and should be applaud for being Joyful. They were shot staffed busy and tired from day but still showed AMAZING customer service. Nuggets were so good better than any other fast food places. Ruben was really good I was surprised. Crinkle fries were so good! There was a miscommunication either on our side or there side on a sandwich but GM made it right, after we offered to pay for it not know who’s fault it was. Ardys has kick up there game than in years past. We will be frequent customers.

The only reason I give this place a 4 star and not a 5 is because there Milk shake machine seems to be not working most of the time and have occasionally gotten our order wrong but other then that. Excellent place to eat.
